A letter to our users about why we had to close our software side of the business.

On June 1st, the following letter was sent to our users on June 1st explaining why we had to close the software side of the business. It simply wasn't profitable or sustainable as a bootstrapped business... After 3 years of hard work, health problems, and other challenges, it didn't make sense to continue. As a result we will be pivoting to other things in order to increase cashflow and cut expenses.

Dear Valued Income Reign User, We are writing to inform you of a difficult decision regarding the future of Income Reign. Due to unsustainable revenue generation, coupled with shifting business priorities, technical challenges, and evolving market conditions, Income Reign will be ceasing operations and shutting down it's service effective June 1st, 2025.

We sincerely apologize for any disruption or inconvenience this may cause. We understand that you rely on Income Reign for managing your personal finanances and tracking your cashflow, and we regret that we are no longer able to sustain the business model required to maintain and develop this service.

Please be advised that all user data will securely deleted on June 1st, 2025, in accordance with our privacy policy.

For users with active subscriptions, all subscriptions will be automatically cancelled effective June 1st, 2025. Pro-rated refunds for any remaining subscriptions period will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to your original payment method. We appreciate your understanding.
